Rakeysh Omprakesh Mehra is expecting to introduce some thrilling high-octane action sequences in his first ever musical love story which is thoroughly based on the real story of Mirza-Sahiban’s Punjabi folklore. After going through lots of research, the filmmaker’s search ends up to the Australian action director Danny Baldwin who directed all action sequences of the film that includes Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher.
While we are shooting with the action sequences related to the night safari scene that are replete with the help of approx 30 horses, and trained riders from Poland, create a beautiful scene to watch where they all were chased by the lead actor who has undergone tough training for the horse riding. While observing the dedication to prepare the entire outset, the actors decided to perform the entire stunts on their own. Mehra further added, “I was made to show keen high-octane action sequences in the film, and I can bet that all these sequences were never seen before on the screen, which act as other parameter that enhance the lyrical narrative of the film.”
‘Mirzya’, which will be releasing on the 7th October, is successfully produced by the Cinestaan Film Company & ROMP Pictures. We wish all very wish best to the Mirzya.
