On Friday evening, all respective member of COEAI, Cinema Owners and Exhibitors Association of India held a meeting with respect to the dubious restriction on Karan Johar‘s upcoming release ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘. The affiliation reached the conclusion of putting the film on hold in four states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and some tensed areas of Karnataka.
When he was asked, whether this decision will act as an unfair decision for Karan Johar and Rahul Dholakia, who made their movies months before the Uri Attacks, and Mahesh Bhatt added, “The producer body and the Theater Owner Association need to show sympathy and carry on evenhandedly with Karan Johar and Rahul Dholakia.”
He further added, “That’s an unshakable blindness. How one can forget that various shots of this movies were taken when the relationship b/w the Prime Minister of India and the PM of Pakistan were at its very best.” We hope best for the KJo’s Upcoming film.
