Sale and purchase of “made in china” goods were banned in Bihar’s Aurangabad district on Saturday by the Gram Kachahri(village court). The ban was imposed after declaring China , a supporter of Pakistan. It has made strict rules for those who violate this order by imposing fine.
Gudiya Devi, sarpanch of the village court said” We have decided to ban ‘Made in China’ goods and appealed to people not to use any Chinese goods”. She also added that local residents also supported the ban which was imposed. According to her-there were many shops in Obra panchayat who sold these Chinese products.
Chinese goods include fancy lights, plastic ware, toys and decorative goods. These goods are generally preferred in rural areas as they are cheap.
