Dinosaur footprints discovered in Mongolia


On Friday, one of the biggest dinosaur footprints were discovered in the Gobi Desert in Mangolia which offered clues about the presence of the huge creature  that roamed on the earth millions of years ago.

A joint Mangolian – Japanese expedition found those giant footprints which measured 106 centimetres(42 inches) long and 77 centimetres wide.

It is believed that the footprints belonged to Titanosaur which is a long necked dinosaur, could have been 20 meters tall and  30 meters long according to the researchers.

The Japanese University – Mangolian Academy of Science has been involved in this case study.
