Harsh Nagar’s PIL on National Anthem To be heard by Delhi HC


Harsh Nagar, an actor and a law graduate’s Public Interest Litigation (PIL) , seeking an order to make National Anthem mandatory before every movie screening across the country, will be heard on 17 October by Delhi HC.

Amitabh Bachchan, wrestler Sushil Kumar, Baba Ramdev and director Shoojit Sirkar have together supported Harsh’s patriotic move. The actor has also tried to approach Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti (J&K), Akhilesh Yadav (UP) and Arvind Kejriwal (Delhi). He feels that people take notice of any cause only when it is connected by national icons.

“The government, I am absolutely sure, will soon act on my PIL,” says Harsh, who will be seen in his upcoming release , ”Love Day” on October 14.
