Hyundai Recalls Eon’s 7657 Units

Hyundai Motors India is recalling 7657 units of Eon which is its Entry level small hatchback. According to Hyundai, Eon units produced in January 2015 have the faulty clutch as well as battery cables.


The company will not be charging any money for this from its consumers and it has already initiated Service Campaigns so that the cars can be recalled and inspected accordingly.The company asked affected Eon owners to take them to their nearest Authorized Hyundai Dealers.

Company’s Sports utility Vehicle (SUV), Santa Fe was also recalled in 2014 to replace the faulty stop lamp switch. 2437 units were recalled that time.
