Jyoti Bansal, an IIT Delhi alumini recently sold his company that was established eight year back in US, AppDynamics to the another brand Cisco for nearly about $3.7 billion. Now, Jyoti Bansal owns only 14% shares of the company, since he dilute it’s stake from his own venture. Thus, in accordance to the estimations Bansal gets about $520 million ( approx INR 3,400 crore).
This announcement come into existence a day before AppDynamics is about to launch its new IPO, which costs around $2 billion. For this AppDynamics has put it’s all possible efforts and at last collectively funds a net amount of $1.9 billion. Thus, the price that Cisco at last agree to pay is almost twice of this amount.
