Pakistani Court Asks Police to Arrest Imran Khan: PTV Attack Case

On Friday, an Islamabad’s anti-terrorists court instructed the Pakistani Police Officers to execute its requests concerning the arrest warrants issued against the chairman of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan and chief of Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT), Tahirul Qadri in the Pakistan Television (PTV) headquarters attack case.

Kausar Abbas Zaidi, ATC judge, who seems presiding over Friday’s hearing, interrogates the matter, why the police had not submit the implementation report on an account of the court’s capture orders, reports the Dawn.

Communicating dismay over the police’s inability to present the usage report, the judge guided the powers to complete the captures of Imran Khan, Tahirul Qadri and 68 others by November 17 and present them before the court on the said date.
