The bollywood handsome hunks once more brought their A game with the traditional and always in fashion the tuxedo-cum-skirts, preppy suits, the hot bandhgalas and the very popular Stan Smiths.
Just like the B-Town divas who floored us with their spectacular style quotient on the red carpet this year, our B-Town hunks are no less in slaying. This year, we got to see our Bollywood heroes putting their best foot forward at the big events and promotions of their movies. And we must admit that the A listers brought their A game to us. We got to witness some menswear fashion at its best.
And this time Ranveer Singh left us dumbstruck with his bravery when it comes to choosing and doing something different. He never fails to surprise us. Be it about his outspoken behaviour or his bold style statements. The actor surprises and amuses us with his quirky sense of style. And this year at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards in Mumbai the actor took it to the next level. He pushed all the boundaries in the men’s fashion in a DSquared2 outfit from its Fall collection 2016.
Our own chocolate boy carried his tuxedo-cum-long-skirt look with such an ease and confidence, it’s just commendable. Today, when Pants are doing rounds in women fashion like anything, the actor chose to try something completely different. And we are really glad that the befikre actor tried something like that out of the box. He completed the look with a mini boombox. And we all are once again flattered over the craziness of Ranveer Singh.
Other than Ranveer, the male actors who made up to this category are-
The VJ turned actor Rahul Khanna in Dolce & Gabbana along with Gieves and Hawkes bow-tie. He is a regular guy at GQ events every year and never shys away from experimenting. He teamed his look with a pair of loafers. Yes! And this is where the guy suprises us. We have seen so many men carrying loafers with suits but not with a tuxedo, the way our hero Rahul Khanna did.
Shahid Kapoor along with Farhan Akhtar in bright preppy suits.
At IIFA 2016, the two of the studs of Bollywood, Shahid and Farhan came up with their sartorial choice of peppy bright colours. When most of the men go for dark coloured suits, these two have completely blown away our minds with their bold selection of choices. They really upped the fashion quotient at the awards show in their three-piece-suit which they paired with really cool sneakers. We must admit; Very unusual, but totally worth it trying.
At GQ Awards, Vicky Kaushal spotted in a three-piece-suit.
We got to see him with a dragon fly printed jacket by Gaurav Khanijo. And we really wish more men would go and try these unusual patterns. It is just blessings seeing people going out of their ways and trying something out of the box.
Thank you. Stay tuned in with us for more updates.
