Tiger Shroff returns to the big screen with his 2nd movie, this time starring alongside Shraddha Kapoor. Baaghi is directed by Sabbir Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie is said to be a remake of the 2011 Indonesian film The Raid: Redemption. The release date for the movie is 29th April, 2016.
After Heropanti, Tiger Shroff prepared rigorously for his next flick where he learned Kalaripayattu which is a form of martial art that originated in Kerala. He reveals that martial art is a very important part of the film. After 2014, he is back in theatres again this time with a very distinct role when compared to his last. Tiger Shroff character is quite stormy and is seen doing stunts throughout the movie. Though there is also a sweet love story with Shraddha Kapoor which adds to the element of the film.
Shraddha Kapoor gets back to a very different role this time after her 2015 film ABCD 2, where she played a professional dancer alongside Varun Dhawan. She like Tiger Shroff also trained to get in perfect shape and build up agility for this movie (though not as intense as Tiger Shroff’s training). Shraddha Kapoor also contributed to a song of the Movie “Sab Tera” where she lend her voice. This is her second main stream song after singing a reprise version of Bezubaan in ABCD 2.
Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor have been to the same school and were very good friends since childhood. Tiger Shroff reveal about how he was totally comfortable acting with Shraddha as both of them understand their roles, the scene’s need and all acting was purely professional.

“Baaghi” means “Rebel in Love” and surely this movie will fascinate you with the rebellious action sequences, calming and refreshing music by Amaal Malik and few others, and a beautiful love story between the two actors. Both Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor have been able to fetch public’s attention with the trailer and would be looking forward to astonish the crowd further when the movie releases on Friday 29th April, 2016.
